I believe everyone can achieve their own version of feeling “really well”. 30 years experience in the wellness field starting with a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry followed by 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry in national commercial leadership roles. Weight management and fitness qualifications followed, including Pilates, active walking and SOSA dance fitness.
I have been running my own fitness business for 14 years and now include nutritional supplementation to help clients, friends and family feel the best version of themselves.
